An official selection for Northern Aspects Film Festival 2025. This short film showcases a journey of discovery, to what makes Alaska, and more specifically the unique backcountry ski community so special. This film focuses on the people and community that share a vision of living outside the bounds. A place of magic where extreme conditions meet extreme athletes who live to push the limits and live life on the edge of the last frontier. This project was a culmination of first hand experience, getting to film in some of the most remote and challenging places in Alaska, as well as intimate interviews with the community.
Edited, and produced by myself, including interviews. Done in collaboration with incredible people and athletes in Alaska.
